Chic-Fil-A in Durham

It’s sad to say that this ChickFilA does not practice the great customer service most of the other franchises do. I have never been to one before where I felt unwelcomed. Truly disappointing.

They have the best check or out. Uber eats,dasher have there own wait area. I enjoy their salads

Never been to a fast food restaurant where the food looks exactly like in their TV ads. Food is great, the place is very well maintained and the staff are helpful.

I purchased a meal today at this Chick-fil-A to take to a friend at the Brian Center, which is a Rehabilitation Center. They require that all food be packed in containers they can wipe down due to COVID-19. I made this request when I placed my order today and the young lady taking my order never blinked an eye! When I got to the window the young man there simply said Beth, we are working to get your order packed correctly. They were fantastic in accommodating my needs. I was able to have a “Through the Window” lunch with my friend, who has not seen anyone she knows in over 6 weeks. I cannot say THANK YOU enough to the Chick-Fil-A team! You truly made my friend Renee a very happy person today! Thank you for taking the time to make the difference! You are a God send!

Hands down chick-fil-A has the best customer service in the fast food business.

I know it's fast food, but I love the fact that they have people standing out there taking your order to ensure that the throughput is much quicker. That's good thinking and good planning. And the mac and cheese was decadent :-)

We did a quick run through the drive thru for a tasty snack.

Well, our food came out so quickly, we were still gathering our condiments. When the gentleman brought our food out to us, I said, "Wow, that was fast!". He replied with a huge, beautiful smile, "My pleasure." It seemed as though he really did enjoy completing our order in record time.The people here are beyond friendly and pleasant. They even speak as you're leaving, making sure everything was great and encouraging you to enjoy your day. If you just want a friendly, smiling face or need an uplift to your day, this is your place. Oh, and of course the food is fantastic.Sorry, Disney. Pretty sure this Chick-fil-a is the happiest place on earth.

Been going here for months, curbside service is always exceptionally slow. Food was cold on several of these occasions. Not worth it anymore.

Made a stop for breakfast and was not disappointed! The chicken biscuit combo with hashbrowns is classic and delicious. The line moved quickly and the food was hot. No complaints. I'll be back!

Quick service, minimum contact with customers , not much social distancing inside with staff but food service was very quick. Food is Amazing as always!

Went here about four times and had a good experience each time. This location tends to make their chicken sandwiches with more breading, seasoning, and with a larger chicken breast than compared to other locations. Even though this location is a little farther away than other locations, the better quality in food and excellent customer service is well worth the extra distance.

Always a treat when I come by any Chick-fil-A.

There is no better place to grab a quick bite to eat IMHO. I work in this area so if I’m not feeling my company’s cafeteria, which is most days, then Chick Fil A it is. The mobile order works gr8 here so I get rewards, and you can too.

Food was super hot, but as always the drive-through is a long wait. Would recommend going in. Friendly staff.

What can I say, it's Chick-fil-A. I usually have the chicken nuggets but had the regular chicken sandwich. Yum. The bun was great. When I took a bite it kind of melted into the chicken. The whole sandwich was moist in the best possible way. I really dislike dry chicken and I can't stand a dry bun. I won't hesitate getting the sandwich again.

This Chick Fil A is top notch. They have a great drive through and are very speedy. Those kids are standing out in the heat of the day taking orders in the drive through lanes and still have the best attitudes. Really amazing customer service. Their nuggets are always on point. I usually go during lunch, so they are likely very fresh, but consistently good each and every time.

Had a great lunch here. Was very busy but our order was filled and brought right to our table quickly.

Typical chik fil a location with usual fare and service.

I went during lunch hour rush. It was quick, efficient, my order was right, and my food was good.

Super efficient and a delicious peach milkshake. What's not to love?

In my 5 years of eating at this particular location I have only had my order incorrect twice. Both times they corrected my issues and this time Sarah saved the day! Good job guys Ill be a customer for life!

I've been twice this week and both times I got a breakfast biscuit and the biscuit was STALE. Very disappointing, and the store did not answer my call.

The food was very good as always. The staff where very nice and courteous to all of the customers. They where super busy and unfortunately that caused an above average wait time. But they where still able to get me the correct order amongst all the chaos. I would definitely go back.

How does a chicken place forget the main ingredient of a sandwich? My wife’s sandwich had her piece of chicken. My sandwich had the bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheese and buns but alas no chicken.

Went thru the drive-in of this Chic-fil-A location. Asked for salt/pepper packets, they threw them directly in my fry cartridge on top of my fries. Didnt notice it til I returned to office. Called the store, spoke with the mgr and she seemed to not really care that they ruined my fries and wasted my upsized money.

Staff is always so friendly. I feel like family.

This chick fil A is normal on top of they’re game but not today they messed up my order and I didn’t get my Mac and cheese please do better next time.

CHICKfil-A is the safest restaurant that I eat at, they have on mask,gloves take money in a box as not to touch it and hand it to you. Safe for customers and employees. Great job!

this has always been one of my favs. the chicken sandwich can be quite salty for those of you that don't eat a lot of salt. your first bite...you will notice it. But, overall the food is very good! i love the waffle fries!

This store is in a bad location for egress and ingress. It's always busy and the parking lot was not configured in the best way, especially for curbside delivery. With all that said, Chick-fil-a is hands down the best fast food chain ever!

The staff was wonderfully courteous and assisting. We were checked on a few times while there to make sure all was OK. The kids play section does not have a baby section and the climbing levels are very far apart. My very agile 2 yr old could not reach to climb without help. Thank goodness I could fit!

Excellent, professional,and accurate service each time I go. Even if I'm on my last 15 mins of lunch i have never had a problem with waiting even though chick fil a is busy both day and night. They know how to handle a fast paced and hectic environment with next to little to no error.5 stars to chick fil a!!!

I been going to this chick fil A for over 15 years my mom used to work there when I was kid and I really love the service as a kid i didn't know about service but I can say that they food is always been on point! Now that I'm a grown man I take my kids there and I love the service I know mi kids love the food. Specially the chicken nuggets and lemonade. You cant go wrong with that and Cobb salad is the most if you on a diet highly recommend this restaurant specifically this one. Thank for always put a smile on my kids

I absolutely love Chic-Fil-a! Always great food and great service! It's always busy but super worth it! You should try their ice cream in a cup! It's delicious! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I am always pleased with the service at this location. The one time I had an issue, it was quickly resolved and without even asking I was compensated.
